This decision affirms that the United States of America ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the EU to US companies, which is comparable to that of the European Union. Thus, the new framework is now in effect.

IThe legal framework for social protection during parenthood within the social security system and the solidarity subsystem has been modified through the regulation of the Dignified Work Agenda, which came into effect on July 6th, with retroactive effects from May 1st.

The entitlement to the parental, extended parental, adoption, specific risks, and childcare allowances is only recognised after the birth of the child to beneficiaries who are not completely hindered or restricted from exercising parental authority, with the exception of the mother's right to the initial parental allowance of 42 days and the allowance for specific risks during breastfeeding due to pregnancy termination.

Lease-to-own contracts are not specifically regulated by law, making them atypical and governed by general provisions in the Civil Code. The main agreement's execution depends solely on the beneficiary's intent.
